Charity Pulse is an annual staff satisfaction survey run by Birdsong Charity Consulting and Third Sector magazine. It is open to anyone working for a charity. The 2010 survey launches on 1st March at www.bird-song.co.uk (Click on Charity Pulse) and will be open for six weeks.

1. A FREE Sector-wide report of the main findings

This year we will be tracking the impact of the recession on staff satisfaction, as well as exploring the organisational cultures of charities. Previous years' Charity Pulse reports are available for free download at www.bird-song.co.uk. The more people who complete the questionnaire the more useful the data will be, so please encourage your colleagues to take part in the 2010 survey.

2. Cost effective staff satisfaction benchmark data
