The Employment Rights Act: Not-for-Profit Readiness Survey

The ERA represents the most significant change in the employer and employee relationship in a generation. 

This survey is designed to get a snapshot of how organisations are managing the change process as well as some of the practical changes that are being made to comply with the new rules.The survey results (to be published in the autumn) will help organisations to benchmark the work that they are currently doing as well informing stakeholders on the impact of the changes on organisations.

We are delighted to be working with Bates Wells, our employment law partners and Workbuzz who are managing the delivery of this survey. We are also working with UNISON who are actively supporting employers, who may have limited experience of working with trade unions. We are also actively engaging the Department of Business and Trade: make work pay unit as we understand how the changes are impacting on charities.
