This year's annual CHRN conference will explore the increasing role that technology and AI plays in the delivery of the people services in organisations. The event will hear from a range of speakers exploring how people management and strategic practice can adapt and make the most of evolving technology, reflecting the challenges of a more technology enabled workforce, alongside those who may not be.
We'll be looking beyond the obvious of how employees are using open source AI in their day to day work and consider the impact on the part we play in employee relations, learning, inclusion and other key aspects of people management.
We are delighted that the 2026 conference will again be hosted by Howden Insurance, held in the excellent conference facilities in their London headquarters: One Creechurch Place, London EC3A 5AF. Further details about the work of Howden Insurance can be found here and on their company website.
