Managing Talent and Strategic Workforce Planning: 9th October 2024, 9.15am to 4.30pm.
Managing and supporting talent is a crucial issue within the strategic work being carried out by organisations on workforce planning. Our conference this year will explore the challenges of developing and retaining talent by proactively engaging in managing our talented people.
We are delighted to run an in-person conference again in 2024, at NCVO in London, but members will also have the option to join the conference virtually, including a session dedicated to online attendees.

How to book
All member organisations can book one FREE place to attend in person (spaces limited to 80) OR virtually. Our booking facility has been amended to enable you to book for yourself and/or people in your organisation. Additional places will be subject to a small fee: £100 to attend in person or £80 virtually.
If you and colleagues wish to attend virtually, please use this link - Conferece 2024: Virtual places. Following booking, we will be in touch to arrange payment for any places booked beyond the one free place.
If you and colleagues wish to attend in person, please use this link - Conference 2024: In-person places. As part of your booking, please specify which parallel session you would like to attend at 11.15am (spaces permitting).
As only 80 places are available at NCVO on a first-come first-served basis, members are requested to book ONE place initially up to 31st July. If any places are still available after this date, additional places can be booked for colleagues in your organisation, for the £100 fee.
